I feel so cold most of the time. When I look around, I see everyone is so comfortable. That’s why I can’t turn off the A/C. It could worry everyone.
It has been over 7 weeks at my new workplace, but I have not yet been able to find comfort with the temperature.
At this point, I try to put on some warm t-shirts underneath my shirt, but that has never worked so far because I’m exposed to the cold temperature for so long that everything gets cold.
Sometimes, I think the aircon’s air blowing directly on me may be one of the reasons that I feel colder. But, that was not very accurate. One of my coworkers right next to me is actually exposed to the direct cold air. I’m just partially exposed to it.
But, he finds so much comfort.
Sometimes, when we all return back from lunch when I’m feeling so comfortable, someone suddenly says, “Oh! Can I turn on the aircon?” And someone replies, “Yes, please!”
Yes, that’s how long I get to feel comfortable.
Sometimes, when I’m shivering, I relieve myself by going outside just to feel the warmth of the hot air outside.
That’s the only solution that has helped a little.
Is it just me or are there more of you out there who finds similar discomforts?
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. That would help me a lot.
